I've finally finished my Halloween decorating. It seems every years I'm scrambling to get it done before the big day. I'm pretty certain that must mean I'm the best procrastinator ever! LOL!
Other than the spooky hutch, I try to keep all of my decorations more seasonal then Halloween so I'm able to use them right up until Thanksgiving.
Hmmm, maybe that makes me a lazy procrastinator. . . regardless I like what I've come up with this year.
A white enamelware pitcher filled with flowers and two tiny pumpkins work for me.
The kitchen step stool received a light up white pumpkin and a mouse.
The dinning room received few clusters of pumpkins like this.
In the living room I've added a touch from my past in the form of vintage Halloween decorations passed on to me from my mom. I remember them hanging up around the house when I was growing up and look forward to using them every year in my home.
And finally, the entryway received a pretty white pumpkin and some spiders.
Hope your having a lovely day,
Robin

I'm not a big seasonal decorator, except for Christmas, but I love your decor...most of it (may want to remove spiders and rats after Halloween...or not) will look lovely for thanksgiving. Thanks for stopping by my blog.
ReplyDeleteCute stuff Robin...I love the little spiders! So funny that you just finished your Halloween decorating because I just put mine away today! Just because I am working on our guest room makeover and I have too much stuff everywhere! I can't wait to start decorating for Christmas already...I know! ~Deb~

Love your holiday decor, Robin...and your header and new profile pic look wonderful, too!
ReplyDeleteIt all looks very festive, yet tasteful.
ReplyDeleteI saw your little vintage step-stool and it reminded me that my husband found one of those for me, it doesn't have a back on it, though. Another curb-side finds that he is famous for.
