Do you remember my fascination this past summer with green Zinnia's and Dill?
Imagine my delight when paging through the newest addition of Cottage Style magazine and discovering my favorite green and yellow duo featured on their glossy pages.
(isn't this dinning room amazing!)
Here's my arrangement from July.
**sigh**
Still love it.
Have you picked up the newest copy yet?
And since were talking magazines,
I decided to treat myself to one that I've been wanting to try for a long time.
I purchased it through this lovely shop, littlecottageshoppe. I haven't had time yet to sit down and go through this beauty. After flipping though a few pages I know I'm in for a treat.
Have you ever read this magazine? Would love to hear your thoughts on it.
Enjoy your day and I'll talk to you soon,
Robin
I firmly believe you're a trendsetter, Robin! :) That arrangement is just lovely.
ReplyDeleteAs for magazines...oh, don't get me started on magazines...I still love them even with the proliferation of blogging! I haven't read JDA, but heard it's a wonderful magazine. Would love to hear your thoughts on it!
My taste tends toward English style, so for Christmas I asked for (and received!) subscriptions to Country Living-UK Edition, Period Living, and Country Homes & Interiors. Santa was far too good to me. :)
Hope you have a great week!
Erin
I love your July arrangement and you are so in the know!!! I love new magazines :) I hope you have time to sit down with a cuppa something warm and enjoy turning the pages of that new mag!! Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteI want to plant some green zinnias and dill now!

Looks like you're ahead of your time, Robin. The zinnas and dill do look so good together. I think JDL is such a pretty magazine, but I just can't get myself to pay the price they want for it.
ReplyDeleteI love the lime green zinna also. Actually I love them all but the lime are my fav. Have you seen the new Queen Red Lime Zinna ? It looks fabulous , I'm definately getting seeds for that one. I lime to mix parsley and sage in with my flowers , they last forever in arrangements .
ReplyDeleteLovely! Can't wait for spring.
ReplyDeleteYour zinnias and dill combo is lovely, and how fun to see it in a magazine! I have never read Jean d' Arc, but I have heard rave reviews about it many, many times.
ReplyDeleteHugs, Cindy
