Happy new year! Love your napkins, wreath & Santa napkin rings! I think the wrought iron looking "cage" may be a wire cloche. Google metal cloche to see images of them. That may be why it has rubber tips - it's meant to fit over objects for display. Thanks for letting us see your interesting finds.
