Good Morning!
I thought today I would share with you a dinner idea that my family and I have been loving over the past couple months.
Grilled BBQ Pork Loin.
It's super yummy and super easy to make.
You'll need a Pork Loin, a grill and your favorite BBQ Sauce.
We're a Sweet Baby Ray's family here. . . our favorite is the Honey BBQ Sauce but sadly we were all out so I had to use the original flavor.
Preheat your grill to med-high heat and place your Pork Loin in the middle of the rack, close the lid and grill for about 10 minutes.
After 10 minutes, flip the Pork Loin over and again grill for 10 minutes. Continue this process until all four sides of the Pork Loin has been grilled.
If you think it needs a little more grilling, start grilling and flipping every 5 minutes. Normally this step is not necessary but sometimes grills can be unpredictable and you'll need to give it a little more time to cook all the way through.
When you think you've reached the last five minutes of grilling or so, using a basting brush coat one side of the Pork Loin with a generous amount of BBQ sauce. Flip it over and do the same to the other side.
Give it a few minutes then coat again with the sauce, flip and coat the other side. Do this a few times so meat has time to absorb some of the sauce and the grill has time to crisp up the sides.
Remove from the grill and let it rest a minute or two before you cut it into slices for serving.
Grilled BBQ Pork Loin is perfect paired with corn on the cob and baked potatoes which is what we normally have with it.
Before I started making my pork loins like this the kids hate having it for dinner. Now they gobble it right up and fighting about who gets seconds.
Give it a try, I think you'll like it.
bye now,
Robin
Does this ever look delicious!!
