My days are a little hectic this week.
I have a handful of small projects that need my attention so today's post is going to be a fast one.
Floral balls have been on my to-do list of a while - What better time to give it a whirl than Thanksgiving!
I used a three inch Styrofoam ball and one bunch of fall colored mums for each of the two balls I made. After simply cutting the stems down to about 1 1/2 inches long I stuck them into the Styrofoam ball
- - no gluing required. I kept the bottom clear of flowers so they would sit nicely into small containers.
Quick and easy doesn't even begin to describe how fast they went together.
I think they look amazing against the sliver don't you?
Well, that is quick and easy, isn't it? That turned out so nice, Robin :)
ReplyDeleteOn my way to buy the supplies right now...

ReplyDeleteYes, definitely love that punch of autumnal color against the silver. :) Where did you find such pretty faux mums?
ReplyDeleteVery cute. I saw some mums on clearance at Walmart today that would be perfect for that.
