Fall Hutch

Good Morning!

Yesterday I put the finishing touches on my fall hutch decor and now it's time to show it off.

I tried very hard to keep things ultra simple almost to the point of being stark.

For some reason, I'm drawn to that look lately.

To add warm and character I added warm browns and black to mix with the white.

I even enlisted my daughter to draw on the chalkboard for me after countless attempts at drawing a half way presentable pumpkin.

Bits of pretty tarnished sliver made it's way into the mix also.
I think it's a good addition.

Weathered painted wood tones mix very prettily with white background.

And simple displays like this make me smile.

It was also the perfect excuse to use some of the boxes from my wood box collection.

At the last minute I added some candles, seems just right for this time of the year.

I had a great time figuring out how "little" I could add and still have a pretty, put together look.

I'm loving the result!

Bye now,

Robin
