Overwhelmed - -

Life seems to be increasingly hectic.

Not sure if it is the season. . .

It could just be me.

Between housework and homework, projects and gardening, food prep and workouts - - I’m drained.

It seems I finish one job and it’s replaced with three more. By the end of the day I’ve got nothing left!

I’m not intending to complain. My life is good, my kids are healthy and my needs are met.

Instead, I’m wondering if anyone else is feeling the crunch.

Are you?

  1. Hi Robin, No, you're not alone. I don't know what it is either but it seems like time keeps slipping away sometimes and my to do list gets bigger and bigger. There's just so many other things I'd rather do and before I know it, it's time to make dinner!
I have more work to do now that I'm home than when I worked full time!
Keep your head up and start assigning jobs out to kids - it doesn't work that great around here though! :)
    Have a wonderful day!

  2. I feel like every day there just is not enough time in the day to get everything done I want and need to get done. At the end of each day, I look over what I accomplished. Some days more stuff gets done than others, but you just keep plugging along and try again the next day.

  3. Yes - totally feeling it. And, I have no kiddos. I told hubby yesterday, I have hardly any time for me, how could I possibly have time for kids. I don't know how you parents do it.

  4. When I had little kids I felt a lot more overwhelmed than I do now. I have a lot of me time now but certainly not then. Take some time for yourself but enjoy your kids, before you know it they'll be out of the house and on their own. Mimi

  5. YES~ I'm finally starting to come out of the funk but for awhile there I felt like I was running through knee deep weeds and getting nowhere! Kids, work, blog, training for a race= too much!
Hope you're starting to come out of it.
