A Look Back

A few years back my mom gave me a box filled with a few things from my Grandmother.

I was delighted to find a collection of deer.

For Christmas, Grandma would have the deer arranged around her home and she would let us play with  and rearrange them.  It was always something I looked forward to each year.

Now I proudly display them throughout my Christmas decor.
Thinking of Grandma . . .
And smiling.

  6. Your little deer are too cute and extra special because they were your grandma's. Love that white tabletop tree in your kitchen. Where could I find one? Your glitter houses are adorable. Love it all. Mimi

  9. That is exactly what the holidays are all about....family. Your deer are precious!

Oh and those lights were terrible, they are sitting here waiting to go back to Home Depot. Ugh, torture for my eyeballs. We ended up with regular mini lights instead of going back for the warm ones. :)
