Hello Everyone!
I hope your week is going well. It's finally warm enough to spend time outside. It has been an unusually cold spring here in my neck of the woods but I'm hoping that spring has finally arrived. My tulips are blooming and the grass is in need of it's first mowing. The last few days have truly felt like spring - - finally. I've been a bad blogger by spending all my time in the garden instead of visiting all of you. Hopefully soon I'll have my garden to-do list completed and once again be able to catch up.
Until then, I thought you might like to see my latest score for the living room.
Currently we have a large comfy sofa and a wing back chair. It's perfect for everyday but not so great when company comes. I've been on the lookout for extra setting for a while with little luck.
That is until a quick stop at the Salvation Army Store saved the day.
Both chairs are in great condition.
They of course need a little makeover.
Perhaps a crisp white slipcover. A ruffle or two . . .
And of course a little white paint is in order don't you think?
The possibilities have me giddy with excitement!
Robin

ReplyDeleteThey have good bones and I can see your vision. A little paint and a slipcover will do the trick.
