Morning Everyone!
Today I'd like to share a few thrift store finds that I am very excited about.
A few weeks ago I showed you my spring living room with pretty blue and greens accents. The following week I found this metal tray and knew right away it would work beautifully in the room.
The tray itself is a little dinged and scratched in places but being a little rough around the edges never stopped me from loving something. Especially when the color is so very perfect.
It looks perfectly at home sitting on my chippy white table holding a bowl filled with Hydrangea's don't you think?
I was thrilled to find these Restoration Hardware enamel numbers.
Aren't they fabulous?
They are super heavy and I adore the graphic punch each one gives to a space.
I've tucked a few into my existing decor for now. The rest will find a home soon I'm sure!
Hope you all have a lovely day.
I will be digging myself out of yet another dumping of heavy wet snow. The view outside my window is absolutely beautiful yet it's the type of snow we love to in December not April. I'm finding it more and more difficult to be thankful for the pretty view when all I'm wishing for is the snow to melt away to allow me to play in the garden.
Talk to you soon,
Robin
You found some great things, Robin ~ lucky you! That tray is perfect for your table. I can't believe you got more snow ~ yikes!!
ReplyDeleteLOVE your thrift finds, Robin. That blue tray is so pretty. Scratches and dings usually make me like something even more ;) We had that heavy wet snow here in Colorado this past week! I'm ready for some sun. I missed your living room, going to look at that now. Have a good weekend!

ReplyDeleteSo sorry that you have snow. I feel so bad for all of you with terrible weather when we are enjoying 80 degree's.
Hopefully next week will bring Spring.

We are supposed to get more snow on Sunday!!!! I am sick of snow and I know you are too.
ReplyDeleteI LOVE your new tray and the green flowers look really gorgeous in the white holder. Your home is so pretty with the blue and green.

Oh, the color of the tray is sooo beautiful next to your hydrangeas, Robin! Love it! I'm feeling the same way about the weather this spring. How miserable, huh? Hopefully it'll change soon and we'll be able to get outside and start our gardening! :)

Your tray is just the right shade of blue. And scratches just mean that it has been loved previously. A lot.
