Autumn Hydrangea's

Good Morning!

Like many of you, I'm a little crazy about Hydrangea's.

It seems every summer I can't stop myself from adding a least one more to my landscape.

And although they are perfectly wonderful all season long, the way they look come early September is always my favorite.

I couldn't resist picking a few yesterday for my dinning room table.

These are Limelight Hydrangea's, my all time favorites.

To round out the table display, I added a few glass items to add some sparkle.
I am really into clear glass right now.
I just think I looks so pretty when the sun shines on it.

But back to the flowers,
I think the reason why I love them so much this time of year is because they are in that oh so short stage of transformation.

Still plenty of cream white, but hints of lime green and pink are starting to appear.

Oh so lovely!

  2. Hydrangeas are one of my favorite flowers, but alas, ours did not bloom this year.

  3. Simple and beautiful! That is one of my favorites too. And even though the rest of my hydrangeas forgot to bloom this year, the Limelight is amazing!
