A Pretty Step Up

Finished a quick project today by painting a Ikea step stool I've had around the house for a few years. I love how it turned out. First I primed it and then gave it a coat of black paint followed by a coat of blue paint. Love this color blue don't you? Next I sanded off some of the blue in order to let the black show. Finished the whole thing off with a couple coats of wipe on poly(my new best friend). Love how the stool turned out and I think it will be a great addition to my downstairs bathroom which I have been slowly updating when time allows.
