I don't know about you, but I'm always on the look out for white dishes.
When I come across one that I like it's a cause for celebration.
This beauty is a recent find.
It's a pretty off white color. It has a unique shape with a gorgeous edge design.
As soon as I had it home I started looking for a spot to display it.
I finally decided on placing it on my hutch atop a stack of magazines.
A pretty napkin and a handful of embroidery thread makes for nice, simple display.
Plus, looking at it everyday may just entice me into working on some Redwork that I've been wanting to try.
Great finds - love them!
ReplyDeleteWhat a beautiful plate, Robin, and I love your display! xo Diana
ReplyDeleteOh, my! That is gorgeous! I love the edges!
ReplyDeleteQuestion- are the threads on the clothes pins just for display or is that how you keep them? Mine are always getting knotted and tangled (I am new at the stitchin').
Just beautiful- all of it!
Have a great weekend!!!!

ReplyDeleteI was thinking about you this morning and whether or not you had started on your redwork. I haven't either. I have been learning to crochet and I've been making a little rug! I'll show it as soon as it's finished, this next week hopefully!
ReplyDeleteI love the pretty platter that you found, though, I love white dishes, too!
Have a good weekend.
